We extend our heartfelt thanks to Hope Proctor, who recently stepped down from the SCEH Board after many years of dedicated service. As an architect, Hope designed the Deschapelles Library, a place that has grown into such an important center for learning, creativity, and community.
Her impact can be seen not only in the building she helped bring to life, but in the countless people who continue to gather there every day. We are deeply grateful for her vision, commitment, and many years of service to the people of Deschapelles.
